The new KATE mascara spotted in Watson's retailing at SGD$17.
It is design differently from conventional mascara that you pick up mascara from the bottle. A new innovation that you just have to turn the dial at the bottom of the mascara and the mascara fluid will come out of the comb.The amount of fluid is control by turning the dial.
It is a comb-type mascara which is good if you want to have separated long lashes. The way it is design its is good to hold curls too :) It is easy to control the volume of your lashes using this mascara.
Note that if you turn too much it will be quite messy.
I will make a swatch on the eyeliners on the first photo soon ~
